The Interview Pipeline
Technical Screen
A 45-minute casual video call to discuss your past projects, preferred stack, and gauge mutual alignment. No live coding.
Architecture Sync
A 90-minute deep dive with our principal engineers. We'll present a system design problem relevant to our daily work and design a solution together on an Excalidraw board.
Take-Home Spec
A highly-constrained, paid 3-hour micro project reflecting our actual codebase patterns. We prefer this over leetcode.
Founder Fit
A final 30-minute chat with the CTO to discuss career trajectoy, benefits, and team placement.
